FIBC Manufacturing Capabilities

Berry Plastics Tapes and Coatings Division  FIBC wholly owns and operates two bulk bag manufacturing facilities in North America. Our ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities produce the highest quality FIBCs in the Industry. At full capacity Berry can produce over 36,000 bags per week in 11,900 square feet of manufacturing space, with seven state of the art cutting machines, two (4) color printers, over 330 sewing machines and operators, and a full compliment of equipment for FIBC certification and research and development.

              

Fabric Manufacturing Capabilities

Berry Plastics Tapes and Coatings Division  FIBC wholly owns and operates a state of the art fabric manufacturing facility in our Atlacamulco, Mexico facility. We produce circular and flat woven polypropylene fabrics and webbing for use in our own FIBC manufacturing facilities, as well as for sale in the marketplace. At full capacity, with 65 flat and 8 circular looms we can produce 23,500 kilos of fabric per day and 2,500 kilos per day of webbing.
