Housewrap
Berry Plastics Building Products Group manufactures four different housewraps (WeatherTrek®, R-wrap®, Barricade®, and MarvelGuard®). Housewrap is installed beneath exterior siding to reduce air infiltration or act as a weather resistive barrier, or both. Although all Berry housewraps are designed to provide a secondary line of defense against bulk water penetration, they are not intended for use as primary water barriers. Used in residential and commercial construction, installing housewrap on an entire home or structure is generally the most common industry practice.
Nationwide distribution facilities stock Berry Plastics Housewrap and provide prompt delivery to most local building material/lumber dealers. In addition, Berry Plastics field representatives are located in every part of the country to provide the best possible service.
Berry Plastics Tapes and Coatings Division guarantees the manufacturing of all Berry Plastics housewrap. All products shipped from the manufacturing facility will be free of defects at the time of shipping. When applied in accordance with Berry’s recommendations, our housewrap will not require maintenance.
Support is provided by full-time technically-trained field representatives and technical service personnel. In addition, Berry Plastics Tapes and Coatings Division is backed by a research, development and service staff.
